There are many forms of art, out of that painting and sketching are two. Art is a form to express and communicate with oneself. It helps you to acknowledge and recognize the feeling that been lurking in your subconscious. Those feelings you can put it down on paper.
It helps in self-discovery. The process will give you a feeling of accomplishment and improve your self-esteem, self-appreciation, and confidence. It also releases you from many emotions like anger, fear, sadness, anxiety, stress, etc.
